Andrew Kim is a J.D. candidate at Brooklyn Law School (Class of 2026) and a Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Before turning to the law, he spent more than a decade inside highly regulated arenas where he built a reputation for navigating dense regulations—from craft‑spirits, consumer‑lending, and state‑lottery operations.
A proud University of Michigan graduate with a degree in Sport Management, Andrew has always gravitated toward the stories and communities that make sports—traditional or digital—so compelling. Beyond the classroom, Andrew Kim recently moderated a CLE panel on emerging tech (AI and cyber‑security) and keeps a close watch on enforcement actions tied to gaming regulations. Last summer he interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) where he was exposed to the international community's approach to regulating digital assets and engaged with stakeholders through informational roundtables. His drive to explore has led him to pursue novel opportunities that balance the need for robust safeguards while welcoming innovation.
