ESG Law provides legal representation to companies of all sizes operating across many industries, including esports, video games, content creation, cannabis, sports, User Generated Content (UGC), and other emerging industries. ESG is purpose-built to be our clients’ first phone call when any legal need arises. We act as outside general counsel for many of our clients, covering a wide range of legal needs, including employment, corporate (M&A, financing, and governance), privacy/data, commercial transactions, intellectual property, immigration, pre-litigation dispute resolution, and much more.

We’re entrepreneurs, just like our clients.
