Welcome Takaze A. Turner, Goodbye Gilberto Ceballos!
Esports Legal News is thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team, Takaze A. Turner, who joins us as our inaugural editor. Takaze brings a rich tapestry of experience and passion for both the entertainment world and the legal sphere, making him an invaluable asset to our publication.
With a distinguished academic background that includes a cum laude degree in English from The Ohio State University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law, Takaze has continuously demonstrated his commitment to excellence. His pursuit of knowledge didn’t stop there; Takaze further specialized in the legal field by obtaining an LL.M. in Business Law from Florida State University College of Law, followed by an LL.M. in Entertainment Law from the University of Miami School of Law. Presently, he is expanding his expertise with an LL.M. in Taxation Law, also at the University of Miami School of Law.
Takaze’s eclectic interests, spanning anime, film, and gaming, coupled with his robust legal education, position him uniquely to lead our editorial team. His deep understanding of the intersections between entertainment, law, and technology aligns perfectly with the mission of Esports Legal News. We are confident that his guidance will not only enrich our content but also ensure that our coverage remains at the forefront of legal developments within the esports and gaming industry.
We would also like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude to Gilberto Ceballos, who departed from Esports Legal News at the end of February 2024.
