In a development, for the gaming community in Colombia FUEGO Esports, a force in Latin America originally established in Curacao and now firmly rooted in Colombia has announced an exciting partnership with the iconic fast food chain, KFC. This unique collaboration will involve all of FUEGOs teams, including their anticipated League of Legends squad set to compete in the North Regional League 2024. Building on their achievements the team is aiming for another championship at Ubeat Live after their victory in 2023.

FUEGO has been a contender since its establishment in 2018 participating in competitions organized by industry giants like Riot Games, Garena and Dreamhack. Their notable accomplishments include securing the Golden League title and dominating the national League of Legends scene in Colombia. They also reached the LRN 2023 finals held in Mexico City. Earned a deserved spot in the esteemed North American Free Fire Pro Series back in 2022. This paved their way to participate in championships held in Singapore.

For KFC this marks an entry into the world of gaming and esports specifically within Colombia. With no experience to rely on KFC is positioning itself as a pioneer to explore this expanding market. The collaboration, with FUEGO represents a move to connect with gamers who avidly support FUEGOs phoenix themed esports team.
