Astralis and Logitech G Forge New Year-Long Partnership for Enhanced Esports Experience

Astralis, a leading esports organization, and Logitech G, a renowned gaming peripherals manufacturer, have announced a year-long partnership aimed at enhancing the esports experience.

Danish esports organization Astralis has announced a partnership, with Logitech, a manufacturer of gaming peripherals and hardware. The collaboration specifically involves Logitech G, its branch dedicated to gaming products. Both Astralis and Logitech have emphasized that this is a year agreement, which will include various new content and activations in the future. While the exact duration of the deal remains undisclosed it encompasses all aspects of Astralis, including its rosters, the Astralis Nexus, digital channels and Astralis Watch.

The initial partnership between Astralis and Logitech was established in 2019 when Astralis was still part of the RFRSH Entertainment group. Since then Astralis has expanded significantly by increasing its number of rosters and venturing into projects. Notably they have created the gaming and esports space called the Astralis Nexus in Copenhagen. As part of this extended agreement Logitech G will continue to provide cutting edge equipment for the Nexus.

Moving forward with their collaboration both brands are committed to developing engaging content and activations for their fans. Mads Rasmussen, Partnership Director at Astralis has expressed excitement about launching initiatives and fan activities in the months. Furthermore they aim to strengthen their partnership through continued product development efforts by involving Astralis players, in testing products alongside Logitech staff.

Carl Lehmann, the Marketing Manager, at Logitech G expressed his thoughts on the partnership by stating, “To us partnerships are more than sports and results; they are about sharing values and connecting with fans and communities. Throughout our collaboration the Astralis organization has consistently demonstrated their ability to perform at a level. Astralis is truly one of the brands in esports from both a commercial and brand perspective.”

In 2024 Astralis kicked off the year with a long-term collaboration alongside Red Bull, an energy drink brand. This partnership will also encompass the Astralis Nexus. Furthermore, Nikolaj Nyholm, the Founder of Astralis has taken over as the CEO this year. Nyholm’s appointment came as a replacement, for Anders Hรธrsholt who transitioned into a role.
