Anastasiia Dulska, LL.M. (Columbia)
Anastasiia Dulska is an international arbitration specialist focusing on esports and sports disputes, international commercial arbitration, and cross-border regulatory matters. As a contributing author to "Esports Law and Practice" (Edward Elgar, 2025), she authored the chapter on esports and investor-state disputes, exploring how international investment law intersects with the rapidly evolving esports industry. Her forthcoming article on Lex Olympica and esports regulation will be published in the International Sports Law Journal in 2026.
With over 12 years of dispute resolution experience, Anastasiia has represented athletes, sports organizations, and commercial entities in sports disputes before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and other international tribunals. She has handled doping investigations for World Athletics and advised on regulatory matters affecting athletes' professional careers.
Anastasiia has counseled clients in more than 30 high-profile international arbitrations across sectors including energy, finance, and sports, representing governments, multinational corporations, and high-net-worth individuals under major arbitration rules (UNCITRAL, ICC, SCC, LCIA, Swiss Rules). Her expertise extends to internal investigations, white-collar crime matters, and enforcement proceedings across jurisdictions.
A Columbia Law School graduate and Lexology Future Leader in Arbitration since 2024, Anastasiia is a frequent speaker on international arbitration and sports law. She moderated the "Esports Dispute Resolution โ Mediation and Arbitration" panel at the Esports Insider Lisbon Conference in 2024 and regularly contributes to arbitration events across Europe.
